3.1 Site visitation tracking

Like most websites, this site uses Google Analytics (GA) to track user interaction. We use this data to determine the number of people using our site, to better understand how they find and use our web pages and to see their journey through the website. GA also records your computer’s IP address which could be used to personally identify you but Google do not grant us access to this. 3.2 Placing an order

We request information from you during the ordering process. To buy from us, you must provide contact information such as your name and an invoice and delivery address. If we have trouble processing an order, we’ll use this information to contact you. Your payment is processed by our third-party payment providers (PayPal), and the information you supply to them is used to make the transaction. We never have access to your financial information (such as credit card details).

3.3 Contact forms and email links

Should you choose to contact us using the contact form on our Contact Page, or an email link, none of the data that you supply will be stored by this website or passed to / be processed by any of the third party data processors mentioned. Instead the data will be collated into an email and sent to us.
